Being a "mission-driven company": a major step towards a positive impact model
We became a "mission-driven company" in December 2021. As a mission-driven company, we commit to working toward the common good through our purpose of "helping individuals shape their well-being" and social and environmental objectives:
- Design products and services that are useful to well-being, eco-socio-designed and increasingly inspired by nature, and living things.
- Help our employees take an active part in their personal fulfillment and construct with them a more inclusive and supportive company.
- Contribute to reaching planetary climate goals and to protecting and regenerating biodiversity.
- Mobilize our communities and ecosystems to build together business models with a positive impact on society, individuals and their environment.
Composed of internal and external stakeholders, our mission committee checks that we are giving ourselves the means to contribute to our purpose and that we are making progress in achieving our social and environmental objectives. The methods implemented to achieve these objectives are evaluated every two years by an external audit firm. This review complements the annual assessment of our non-financial performance—particularly our environmental performance—which is also conducted by an external audit firm.
Our progress in 2025
Our 2025 mission report shows the path we followed in 2025 to help individuals shape their well-being, at different stages of their life, while respecting the planetary boundaries.
We are convinced that we must play a role in the transition of society and that well-being is a collective project linked to the health of our planet.
Our impACT roadmap, which each of our employees contribute to every day, is the path we are following to meet these statutory objectives and become a positive-impact, regenerative company.
